Super Healthy Carrot Cake Recipe
- 500 grams of grated carrots
- 350 grams of white flour
- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 200 grams butter
- 200 grams of brown sugar grated
- 250 ml honey
How To Cook :
- Sift pat wheat, cinnamon powder, nutmeg and baking powder with the same
- Put the butter,brown sugar and honey in a non-stick frying pan and heat, stirring constantly over a small flame for about 2 minutes.
- Abowl of batter mix the butter and flour grated carrot input into it.
- Stir until evenly with a spatula
- Grease a baking dish with melted butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Pour the cake batter into the bakin pan.
- Preheat oven to heatto 180 degrees celcius and bake the dough for about 1 hour.
- Remove and lat cool.
- Cut the cake into pieces and ready to be served.
